• ep777q accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or transfer your account to another individual.

ep777q reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

ep777q operates a mandatory Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification programme in compliance with international gaming licensing standards and anti-money laundering obligations. All users must complete KYC verification before making their first withdrawal. ep777q may also require KYC verification before approving deposits, activating bonuses, or lifting account restrictions at any point during the account lifecycle.

ep777q reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to suspected breach of these Terms, suspicious account activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or request by the account holder.

On suspension, ep777q will:

• Lock the account and prevent further login, deposits, and wagering
• Conduct a review of account activity, transaction history, and KYC documents
• Communicate the status of the review to the registered email address within five (5) business days of suspension

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ep777q's total liability to any user for any claim arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of ep777q.net shall not exceed the actual amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ep777q shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings
• Loss of data or account information
• Business interruption or loss of opportunity
• Any claims arising from third-party payment processing delays or failures
• Damages arising from the use of the ep777q platform on an internet connection with insufficient bandwidth or latency

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation by ep777q.

ep777q reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior individual notice. Updated Terms will be published at ep777q.net/terms-conditions with a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of the document. Material changes that affect user rights or obligations will be announced via a platform notice displayed upon next login.

Your continued use of ep777q.net after the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you object to any amendment, your remedy is to cease using ep777q and close your account. Pending withdrawal requests existing at the time of account closure will be processed in the normal course.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the international gaming licensing framework under which ep777q operates. ep777q makes no representation that these Terms are compliant with the laws of any specific national jurisdiction, and users access ep777q at their own legal risk.

In the event of a dispute between a user and ep777q, the following resolution process applies:

1. Stage 1 – Direct support resolution: Contact ep777q customer support via live chat or email at [email protected]. The majority of disputes are resolved at this stage within two (2) business days.
2. Stage 2 – Formal written complaint: If Stage 1 does not resolve the matter to your satisfaction, submit a formal written complaint to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint". ep777q will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within ten (10) business days.
3. Stage 3 – Escalation: If Stage 2 does not resolve the matter, users may escalate to the applicable licensing authority or independent dispute resolution body designated under ep777q's international gaming licence.
